I purchased my first investment property in my twenties and quickly discovered that owning rental property could be one of the most rewarding ways to build long-term wealth—but only when it was managed with care, experience, and integrity.

Over the past three decades, I've experienced real estate from every side of the business. I've invested my own money, renovated homes, built and sold successful businesses, represented buyers and sellers, founded a brokerage, earned my Principal Broker's license, and created a company shaped by the lessons I learned along the way.

That journey has given me a perspective few can offer. I understand the excitement of purchasing an investment property, the challenges of unexpected repairs, the importance of finding the right tenant, and the responsibility that comes with protecting an asset you've worked hard to own. I've faced many of the same decisions and challenges my clients face because I've lived them myself.
